I started Fiber Care Plus back in 1997 in Fernley, NV at the ripe old age of 21.  Starting a cleaning service in a small town I knew one thing was extremely important.  My reputation.  Word spreads very fast in small communities so if you do a bad job or don't take care of your clients professionally then people will hear about it. Funny how bad news travels faster than good, eh?

Anyway that's why when my wife and I moved to Reno, Nv eight years ago we carried that same business mentality with us.  I refer to our 'customers' as clients because I don't want work for my clients just once.  I want to work for you over and over and again.  I want to be the only carpet cleaner you think of when you are ready to have them cleaned.

That's why I'm so confident in my service that I can offer you the most thorough cleaning you've ever had or it's FREE!  I mean that too.  If some spot comes back, I will too.  I want you to be thrilled with my cleaning.

So I've taken all the risk away of doing business with my company.  

Here's just a few of the reasons you'll love my service:

1.  Exact Appointment Times-  Nope, you wont be waiting around all day for me.  If I say 9:30am, I mean it.  If I am running a few minutes late I will call.

2. Thorough Hot Water Extraction-  I don't bring some cheap imitation with me to clean your carpet.  We have one the most powerful and advanced carpet cleaning machines in the country.  What's that mean for you?  More power from my machine means a deeper thorough cleaning, down to the base of your carpet.

3.  Fast Drying Times-  Your carpet wont take days to dry.  The industry standard say's the carpet must dry with in 24 hours.  Well I take every step to dry your carpet even faster than that.  In some cases i've had rooms already dry by the time I leave.

4.  Respect Your Property-  I treat your home like it's YOUR home not mine.  That means I don't even open a closet door with out your permission.  Nor do I drag hoses around corners and furniture.  I will even put protective plastic on your wood floors next to the carpet I'm cleaning.
