Description
My philosphy for landscape design is all about balance and harmony. Plantings should be specifically placed in a landscape not just by their size but by color, texture, future growth and relationship to what is around them. Also a specific style or "theme" of gardening, avoids a hodpodge look. For example, a cactus or a palm tree would not be placed in a forested, woodland setting. I endeavor to use color and texture to achieve year-round interest and vision. I have many years of experience in pruning, shaping, selection and planting techniques. At the conclusion of your personalized design, you will receive a laminated list and map of your plantings along with a guide on how to care for them - feeding, pruning, etc. I am happy to work along with a landscape contractor in designing hardscape, water features, sod placement, sculpting of soil, erosion control and sprinkler application. I will happily submit a list of plantings to you to select, or I will accompany you on your selection journey or I will accrue your plantings without you if you are not available.
